Cooking Our First Banana Loaf

Mo creams the butter and brown castor sugar with the gusto of a Master Chef!

Indigo beats three over-ripe bananas until they submit.

Adding the bananas, beaten eggs and vanilla extract to Mo's creamed butter and sugar mix.

It's important to gather all ye olde ingredients before beginning to bake. Or ye gets very confused rather quickly.

Fold your sifted flour, baking powder and pinch of salt into the gooey mix of other ingredients. If the spoon can stand up on its own in the pan, it's probably not a good sign. But that's how it happened for us!

Pour your gooey mix into a greased loaf tin. Then wash up!!

After 50 mins at 180 degrees, this rather yummy banana loaf came out to be devoured!!

GOOD JOB, MORRIS, DYLAN AND INDIGO!
